Rings and Amulets
You can buy or craft the UniverseOT Ring and Amulet. Both items can be enchanted to receive higher attributes for 3 hours.
How to enchant
The Amulet and Ring are enchanted with Broken Fragments. They can be obtained by breaking class 3 and 4 items with the Hammer of Transmutation, as well as from packages, the roulette and mining.
